Aerosure Coil Saver 400 mL: AC coil protection coating against corrosion
Aerosure Coil Saver Coil Protector is a 400 mL spray that puts a protective coat on AC coil fins after cleaning. Use it on units in coastal, humid and polluted cities, where salt and acidic air corrode fins and copper. Apply on a clean, dry coil and let it dry fully before you restore power.

What mistakes should you avoid with Aerosure Coil Saver Coil Protector 400 mL?
- Spraying with the power still on.
- Cleaning the coil but not the filter, drain tray and blower wheel.

- Skipping the rinse, so loosened dirt dries back on the coil.
How do you check the clean worked?
- Airflow at the grille is strong and even.
- The drain runs clear and the tray is empty after a test run.
- The musty smell has gone after the first cooling cycle.
- The customer sees a clean filter and coil before you close the panel.
How should you store and handle Aerosure Coil Saver Coil Protector 400 mL?
- Aerosol cans are pressurised: keep away from heat, sparks and open flame, and never puncture or burn a can, even when empty.
- Work only with the power isolated and keep sprays off live electrical parts.
- Wear gloves and eye protection, and store cans upright below 50 °C, out of direct sun.
- Read the SDS before first use and keep it where the product is used.

Aerosure Coil Saver Coil Protector 400 mL: quick answers
When should I coat an AC coil?
After a full clean, on units near the sea, in industrial areas or in humid cities where coils corrode fast.
Can I coat a dirty coil?
No. Clean it first, for example with Aerosure AC Foam Cleaner, and let it dry. A coat over dirt seals the dirt in.
Does a coil coating stop formicary corrosion?
A coating adds a barrier on the fins. Formicary corrosion also depends on acids in indoor air, so remove the sources too.
