How do you use Aerosure AC Foam Cleaner 500 mL?
- Power off and expose the coil. Switch off the AC and isolate power, open the access panel, protect nearby electrical parts from moisture, and wear gloves and eye protection.
- Remove loose dirt. Use a soft brush or vacuum to remove loose dust, brushing in the direction of the fins.
- Apply AC Foam Cleaner. Shake the can and spray the foam evenly across the coil at the distance on the label. Let it penetrate. Keep it off electrical parts.
- Rinse or drain, then restore. Follow the label rinse or no-rinse instructions, use gentle low-pressure water if rinsing, let it drain, refit the panel and restore power only when dry.

What mistakes should you avoid with Aerosure AC Foam Cleaner 500 mL?
- Spraying with the power still on.
- Cleaning the coil but not the filter, drain tray and blower wheel.
- Rinsing with a high-pressure jet that bends the fins.
- Skipping the rinse, so loosened dirt dries back on the coil.
How do you check the clean worked?
- Airflow at the grille is strong and even.
- The drain runs clear and the tray is empty after a test run.
- The musty smell has gone after the first cooling cycle.
- The customer sees a clean filter and coil before you close the panel.
How should you store and handle Aerosure AC Foam Cleaner 500 mL?
- Aerosol cans are pressurised: keep away from heat, sparks and open flame, and never puncture or burn a can, even when empty.
- Work only with the power isolated and keep sprays off live electrical parts.
- Wear gloves and eye protection, and store cans upright below 50 °C, out of direct sun.
- Read the SDS before first use and keep it where the product is used.

Aerosure AC Foam Cleaner 500 mL: quick answers
How do you use Aerosure AC Foam Cleaner?
Isolate the power and open the panel. Brush off loose dust along the fins. Shake the can and spray the foam evenly across the coil, keeping it off electrical parts. Follow the label for rinse or no-rinse use, then restore power only when the unit is dry.
Do I need a pressure washer?
No. The foam penetrates between the fins and loosens dirt. If the label asks for a rinse, use gentle low-pressure water. A pressure washer can bend fins.
Can I spray it on electrical parts?
No. Keep the foam off control boards, motors and wiring, and protect them from moisture before you spray.
