Foam cleaning machine for dairy and food plants (SS 304, 40 L)
A foam cleaning machine mixes detergent, water and compressed air into a foam that clings to walls, conveyors, tanks and crates. The INNOVA unit is air-operated SS 304 with a 40 L tank, a 10 m hose and 4 to 5 bar air. The foam stays for 20 to 25 minutes, removing fat, protein and biofilm with less water.

Foam Cleaning Machine: quick answers
What does a foam cleaning machine do in a food plant?
It turns cleaning chemical into a clinging foam and sprays it onto walls, floors, tank exteriors and conveyors. Foam stays on vertical surfaces longer than a liquid spray, so the chemistry has more contact time with less water.
Which INNOVA chemicals are used with the foam machine?
A chlorinated alkaline foam such as INNOVA Chlorfoam for the clean, followed by a sanitiser such as INNOVA PAA 15.
Can we see the equipment working before we buy?
Yes. We bring the foam machine and the chemistry, and clean one zone with your team.
What air pressure does the foam machine need?
The INNOVA foam cleaning machine runs on 4 to 5 bar compressed air. It has no electric motor.
How long should foam stay on the surface?
The INNOVA unit gives 20 to 25 minutes of foam contact time. Use the contact time on the detergent TDS, then rinse before the foam dries.
