InnovaChem Systems

Plants · Equipment & tools

The right tool for each cleaning method.

Chemistry works only when it lands in the right place for the right time. Our equipment pairs directly with the INNOVA range, so foam stays on the wall and colour-coded tools stay in their zone.

Mops and Tools

Colour-coded mops and tools

A colour-coded range of mops and cleaning tools matched to plant zones, reducing cross-contamination between areas.

  • Colour-coded by zone
  • Food-grade materials
  • Reduces cross-contamination risk

Foam Cleaning Machine

Air-operated foam unit · SS 304

An air-operated stainless steel foam applicator for CIP and surface cleaning. Foam clings, so the same clean uses less water with a longer contact time and better fat, protein and biofilm removal.

  • SS 304, F&B grade · 40 L tank
  • 10 m reinforced PVC hose · 4–5 bar air
  • 20–25 minute foam contact time

Fumigation Machine

ULV fogging equipment

An ultra-low-volume fogging machine for space disinfection, dispersing fine droplets into areas a spray cannot reach.

  • ULV fine-droplet fogging
  • Reaches hard-to-access spaces
  • Reduces airborne microbial load

Equipment questions

What does a foam cleaning machine do in a food plant?

It turns cleaning chemical into a clinging foam and sprays it onto walls, floors, tank exteriors and conveyors. Foam stays on vertical surfaces longer than a liquid spray, so the chemistry has more contact time with less water.

Which INNOVA chemicals are used with the foam machine?

A chlorinated alkaline foam such as INNOVA ChloroFoam for the clean, followed by a sanitiser such as INNOVA PAA Industrial.

What is ULV fogging used for?

An ultra-low-volume fogging machine disperses a disinfectant as very fine droplets, so it reaches spaces and corners that a hand spray cannot.

Why use colour-coded cleaning tools?

Each colour stays in one zone, so tools do not carry soil or microbes from one area to another. A common dairy scheme is red for raw milk areas, green for the packing hall and product contact, blue for utilities and yellow for washrooms and canteens.

Can we see the equipment working before we buy?

Yes. We bring the foam machine and the chemistry, and clean one zone with your team.
