What mistakes should you avoid with INNOVA PAA 15?

  • Mixing with acids, chlorine or other chemicals.
  • Using a solution made the day before.
  • Wiping or rinsing off before the contact time ends.

How do you check the clean worked?

  • A test strip confirms the working strength in ppm.
  • ATP or swab counts on food-contact surfaces pass your limit.
  • The sanitising step and strength are logged on the cleaning record.

How should you store and handle INNOVA PAA 15?

  • Oxidising sanitisers such as peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide and hypochlorite must never be mixed with each other, with acids or with other chemicals.
  • Store cool, out of direct sun and away from organic material, in the vented original container.
  • Wear gloves and eye protection when handling the concentrate, and make up only the solution you need for the shift.
